Small Group Training
Small group training is an affordable fun way for clients to take advantage of Black2Basic Fitness expertise at a lower financial investment while keeping competitiveness and accountability in a group dynamic. Groups of two to four clients can enjoy all the benefits of one on one personal training while being motivated by each other. This is a great program for couples or a group of friends that enjoy regular catch ups while achieving their fitness goals.
Partner Personal Training
Partner personal training is an affordable fun way for two clients to take advantage of Black2Basics Fitness expertise at a lower financial investment. Great for couples or friends or we can partner you up with clients that have similar goals.
Group Boxing for Fitness
Non-contact boxing for fitness is a great fun and safe way to achieve total body fitness. We combine traditional boxing methods with functional body movements to deliver an intensive training session. It is possible to train both muscular endurance and power in one workout. Both aerobic and anaerobic energy pathways will be challenged. You will also be improving overall mobility, flexibility, stability and coordination. Where else can you gain all these benefits while punching something safely at the same time? All clients are equipped with correct gloves and pads and are coached the basic punching combinations prior to commencing a session.
