Graeme has gained years of experience in the fitness industry and offers his knowledge and understanding to the community of Busselton, Western Australia. The name is a play on words but speaks volumes about Black2Basic Fitness training principals.
Graeme is a StrongFirst Group, Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor. Graeme has gained experience working with and learning from some of the best coaches in the world. This ensures the best practices are used to get you Strong and moving well safely.
We practice and preach full body basic functional exercise programs to help improve everyday activities. Our number one aim is firstly to get you moving and feeling better before encountering more challenging and rewarding activities with Kettlebells.
Body weight exercises are primarily used in a clients beginning phase before Kettlebells are introduced. We believe in overall body conditioning and focus on core strength to build the foundation and Kettlebells fit the bill perfectly.
Low back injuries are a common ailment for a large percentage of the population. Weak core, poor gluteal strength and poor lifting technique are the main reasons for this. We address all these areas and more.
